Numerous searches of the United States Copyright Office databases have been performed. The results of these searches have shown:

Current as of May 18, 2006, the United States Copyright Office, Library Of Congress, has issued 3 (three) copyright certificates to LEERBURG VIDEO AND KENNEL and LEERBURG ENTERPRISES, INC. as shown in the page capture below. (click here for the USCO full screen capture) Note: this is a combined search of Literary and Visual Art copyrights, clearly illustrating that not even one video or DVD is copyrighted. Additional searches resulted in no copyrights issued to Ed Frawley, or any variations; ie: Edward Frawley, E. Frawley, etc.

Amazing UPDATE: As of November 21, 2006, Honest Ed LEERKOPF™ Frawley now has FIVE (5) copyright registrations! Search the combined records for yourself, (records link above), and note when the copyright registrations were issued. Frawley sure has gotten a grip on this! 5 down, only about 5000 left to go!

FRAWLEY COPYRIGHT FRAUD: When you examine the copyrights held by Frawley, you'll notice he's copyrighted his entire website, www.leerburg.com. And he's also ADDED "additions" to that copyright. What does this mean in plain English?

It means Honest Ed LEERKOPF™ Frawley is, again, trying to pull one of his scams, claiming copyright on TEXT THAT DOESN'T EXIST YET. In other words, he's claiming future copyright to messages, articles, or other items that HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN WRITTEN! Think about it for a minute.

I believe Frawley is a FRAUD.

I've done plenty of research regarding COPYRIGHTS. I learned that criticizing, commenting on, and rebutting publicly available written material does not require ANY permission from the (alleged) author, especially if it is visible who the (alleged) author is. Within this website, I'm not violating any copyright, public or private use laws.

There is no question that I've maintained plenty of visibility regarding "who wrote what" throughout the entire World Famous Frawley Castle Website. That fact is obvious on EVERY page.
